This study shows that one donor cornea can be successfully transplanted to five patients on the same day using deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) and quarter Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (Q-DMEK). This technique is feasible and can help alleviate corneal tissue shortages.
