Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Pyeloplasty (RALP) effectively resolves ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) and preserves kidney function. While RALP significantly improves pain for most patients, persistent pain may indicate other conditions requiring multidisciplinary management.
