Adding Arglabin to standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy (AC regimen) significantly improved 3-year disease-free survival in locally advanced breast cancer patients. This combination therapy demonstrated superior outcomes compared to AC regimen alone or Arglabin monotherapy.
