γδ T Cell-Secreted XCL1 Mediates Anti-CD3-Induced Oral Tolerance

Oral administration of anti-CD3 antibody induces oral tolerance by generating regulatory T (Treg) cells. This process involves gut γδ T cells and dendritic cells, distinct from antigen feeding mechanisms.
