The Relationship Between Nasal Septal Deviation and Paranasal Pneumatization

Nasal septal deviation (NSD) impacts ethmoid sinus volume and osteomeatal complex (OMC) and frontoethmoid recess (FER) diameters. Severity of NSD influences these structures, but not overall paranasal sinus pneumatization.
