Abstract:
Two simple methods of quantification of the relative concentration of vesicles released from bovine erythrocyte membranes are described. Turbidimetric and nephelometric measurements need only a typical spectrophotometer and spectrofluorimeter and could be employed for studying not only vesicles, but the turbidity of various suspensions.
