Multiple digit camptodactyly caused by anomalous ulnar sided flexor digitorum superficialis insertions

An unusual flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) tendon insertion caused multiple finger camptodactyly. Surgical division of this anomalous tendon corrected the finger deformities, highlighting a rare anatomical variation.
