Best Time for Levothyroxine Intake in Ramadan (THYRAM): Basrah Experience

Fasting during Ramadan does not significantly impact thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels in patients taking levothyroxine (L-thyroxine). The timing of L-thyroxine intake, whether pre-iftar, post-iftar, or pre-suhoor, showed no significant differences in TSH control.
