Laser Trabeculoplasty for Open-Angle Glaucoma: A Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis

Laser trabeculoplasty (LT) and medications show similar effectiveness for reducing intraocular pressure (IOP) in open-angle glaucoma. Selective LT (SLT) at 180 degrees was more effective than argon LT (ALT) in reducing medication needs.

- Further large-scale, high-quality RCTs are recommended to confirm these findings and guide clinical practice.
