Can Breathing Exercise or Pranayama Affect the Intraocular Pressure in the Short-term?

Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shuddhi pranayama) showed no short-term effect on intraocular pressure (IOP) in glaucoma patients or healthy individuals. Further longitudinal studies are needed to explore potential long-term impacts of this breathing exercise.
