Toll-like-Receptor Gene Polymorphisms in Tunisian Endemic Pemphigus Foliaceus

Genetic variations in Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) genes are linked to Pemphigus foliaceus (PF) susceptibility in Tunisia. Specific TLR2 GT repeat polymorphisms and TLR3 genotypes are associated with increased risk, particularly in endemic cases.
