Abstract:
Presumed solitary circumscribed retinal astrocytic proliferation (pSCRAP) is a rare, benign retinal tumor, typically presenting as a yellow-white, well-defined lesion. It was first qualified as astrocytic, but thanks to the development of optical coherence tomography (OCT), the lesion was identified as a deep glial lesion, as the nerve fiber layer appeared to be spared. Herein, the authors report the case of a 90-year-old man with inferopapillary pSCRAP who benefited from swept-source OCT angiography images. [.
