    Background:

    • Primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) is a rare, severe form of glaucoma presenting at birth.
    • Understanding the long-term ocular effects of PCG surgery is crucial for patient management.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To characterize the corneal tomography in children with a history of PCG surgery.
    • To compare these corneal features with those of age-matched healthy children.

    Main Methods:

    • Retrospective analysis of 44 eyes from 27 children with PCG and 60 eyes from 32 age-matched controls.
    • Ophthalmic examination and demographic data collection.
    • Corneal tomography was assessed using Scheimpflug imaging (Pentacam).

    Main Results:

    • PCG eyes exhibited significantly flatter and thinner corneas compared to controls.
    • Eyes with PCG showed statistically significant higher astigmatism.
    • A negative correlation was found between postoperative axial length and corneal parameters (keratometry, pachymetry).
