[Use of nonparametric statistical criteria in epidemiological research]

The article deals with the possibility of using two nonparametric statistical methods (sign criterion, Wilkonson's paired criterion) in epidemiological investigations. Examples illustrating the use of these methods are presented and their advantages in comparison with commonly used methods are shown.
