Activated Natural Killer Cell Promotes Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Through Mediating JAK/STAT Pathway

Natural killer (NK) cells promote nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) development by secreting pro-inflammatory cytokines that activate hepatic signaling pathways. Depleting NK cells alleviates NASH, suggesting they are a potential therapeutic target.
