Summary

Keratoconus (KC) eyes show thinner retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and macular thickness (MT) compared to astigmatic and healthy eyes. Outer retinal layers, particularly the outer nuclear layer (ONL) and retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), are most affected in KC.
