Intraluminal vesicles (ILVs) are small vesicles 50-80 nm in diameter formed during the maturation of early endosomes. A specialized endosome containing numerous ILVs is called a multivesicular body (MVB). ILVs contain internalized molecules such as antigens, nucleic acids, proteins, and metabolites. Background:

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus.
Fallopian tube endometriosis is uncommon, and intraluminal endometriosis is a rare subtype.

Observation:

A 52-year-old female patient presented with an incidental finding during examination.
The finding involved a rare variety of endometriosis located within the lumen of both fallopian tubes.

Findings:

The identified condition was intraluminal endometriosis, characterized by endometrial-like tissue within the fallopian tube lumen.
This represents a rare pathological finding in gynecologic cases.

Implications:

Highlights the importance of considering rare gynecologic pathologies in differential diagnoses.
Contributes to the limited literature on intraluminal endometriosis, aiding future research and clinical understanding.
