The Quality of Growth and Digitalization in the Eurasian Integration Countries: An Econometric Analysis

Abstract:
The article presents the results of an analysis of the impact of digitalization on the development trends and quality of growth of the economies of the Eurasian Economic Union member states. A comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon "quality of growth" is performed. The determinants of the quality of growth of the national economies that form the Eurasian Economic Union are analyzed. The novelty of the study lies in the construction and implementation of an econometric model for assessing the impact of digitalization indicators on national income growth, international and national inequality, and precarization of employment in the five Eurasian economies. The results confirm the hypothesis of multidirectional influence of information and communication technologies on the rates and quality of the economic growth of individual countries and integration unions.
