Profound Hyperthermia Associated With Fentanyl and Cocaine Use With Suspected Synephrine Adulteration

Synephrine, an adulterant in illicit drugs, can cause severe and prolonged hyperthermia. Prompt recognition and aggressive cooling are crucial for managing this potentially fatal condition.
