An alternative assessment for transit-oriented developments (TODs) with land use/land cover (LULC)

Transit-oriented developments (TODs) are key to managing urban growth and land use conflicts. This study analyzed land use changes around Turkish light rail stations, confirming TODs feature urbanization, open spaces, and dense populations.
