    • To evaluate the effectiveness of a simulation-based educational program for NGNs in critical care.
    • To determine if the program could reduce anxiety associated with EOL care.
    • To explore potential impacts on caregiver burnout.

    • Anxiety levels were measured using the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) pre- and post-program.
