Bendamustine and rituximab therapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) can unmask hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and a TET2-mutated myeloid neoplasm. Prompt treatment with dexamethasone and G-CSF supported patient recovery.
