Summary
Osteophytes, bony growths in the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ), were incidentally found during surgery for chronic TMJ dislocation. Histopathology revealed a fibrocartilaginous core with bone formation, offering rare insights into TMJ osteophyte development.
