Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the relationship between pollen exposure and SARS-CoV-2 infection rates in Georgia.
  • To characterize autoimmune and antiviral responses in Georgian allergic patients post-SARS-CoV-2 infection.
  • To explore differences in immune responses based on allergic sensitization patterns.

  • Collected daily COVID-19 positivity and case fatality rates alongside pollen concentrations in Georgia (Feb 2020-Nov 2022).
