Summary

Struma ovarii, a rare ovarian teratoma, can metastasize to the peritoneum. This case highlights the diagnostic utility of 99mTcO4 whole-body scintigraphy SPECT/CT in identifying recurrent struma ovarii with extensive peritoneal implants.
