Wide-field swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA) reveals reduced retinal vessel density and flow area in Behcet's uveitis (BU) patients, particularly in deep capillary plexuses. Parafoveal and peripheral deep capillary plexus flow area are sensitive indicators of retinal changes in BU.
