The advent of open-source AI chatbots, exemplified by ChatGPT, has spurred interest in AI applications.
Limited research exists on the integration of artificial intelligence into nursing practice.

Purpose of the Study:

To investigate differences between nurses' responses and AI-generated answers to nursing-related inquiries.
To evaluate the potential utility of AI in nursing workflows.

A qualitative Delphi study was conducted over three rounds.
Expert nursing standards informed the initial 57 questions.
Nurses and ChatGPT rated answer relevance and performed case-based assessments and handovers.
