Hormonal and Glycemic Responses During and After Constant- and Alternating-Intensity Exercise

Constant and alternating exercise intensities of similar duration and work resulted in comparable blood glucose levels in healthy males. Hormonal responses, including insulin, leptin, and prolactin, showed some differences over time between the two exercise types.
