[Testing the loss of efficacy (tachyphylaxis) during external steroid application]

Summary

Fluprednylidene-21-acetate (FA) and betamethasone-17-valerate (BV) showed comparable anti-inflammatory effects. While both topical steroids experienced reduced vasoconstriction after two weeks, the decrease was not statistically significant for betamethasone-17-valerate (BV).
