Abstract:
A general photocatalytic α-C(sp3)-H arylation/heteroarylation of amines has been developed. In the presence of the newly designed DPA-TPT, the reaction can operate under mild conditions and produce a diverse array of tertiary benzylic amines in good yields. Additionally, the late-stage arylation of tetracaine demonstrated the practical application of this protocol, highlighting its versatility and efficiency in functionalizing complex molecules.
