Postmyotomy Esophageal Diverticulum-A Unique Entity Mimicking Achalasia Recurrence

Epiphrenic diverticula can cause dysphagia after achalasia myotomy, even with a complete procedure. Surgical removal of the diverticula effectively resolved symptoms in patients, offering a new perspective on post-myotomy challenges.
