Abstract:
In 2024, the American Organization for Nursing Leadership released guiding principles on the nurse leader's role digital transformation. This article discusses the development and implications of these guidelines, highlighting the need for nurse leaders to understand the many facets of technology, including the capabilities of artificial intelligence, so they can help guide these initiatives to improve care and staff experience.
