Susceptibility to spatial illusions does not depend on visual experience: Evidence from sighted and blind children

Spatial illusions are not solely dependent on vision, as both sighted children and congenitally blind children experience them through touch. These findings suggest innate mechanisms, refined by visual experience, may underlie spatial illusions.
