Extranasopharyngeal angiofibromas (ENAs) are rare vascular tumors distinct from juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibromas (JNAs). ENAs can occur in all individuals and are often diagnosed early, with successful surgical outcomes and low recurrence rates.
