Unilateral amblyopia is linked to increased Central Macular Thickness (CMT) and thicker Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer (RNFL) in affected eyes compared to fellow eyes. This study utilized Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) to assess these differences.
