Self-Collection for Cervical Cancer Screening in a Safety-Net Setting: The PRESTIS Randomized Clinical Trial

Mailed self-collection kits significantly increased cervical cancer screening (CCS) participation in safety-net health systems. Adding patient navigation offered modest additional gains, suggesting mailed kits are effective for improving screening rates in underserved populations.
