Differences in Exercise Performance in Fontan Patients with Extracardiac Conduit and Lateral Tunnel: A FORCE Fontan

The extracardiac conduit (ECC) Fontan procedure shows slightly better exercise capacity than the lateral tunnel (LT) Fontan, particularly in heart rate response and oxygen saturation.
