Design and Development of a Pressure Ulcer Management Mobile Application for Nursing Students

Purpose of the Study:

• To design and develop a Persian educational mobile application for pressure ulcer management.
• To evaluate nursing students' perspectives on the application's usability, satisfaction, and cognitive load.

• A developmental study was conducted to create the ELTIAM (HEALING) application.
• Usability, satisfaction, and cognitive load questionnaires were administered to nursing students.

• Students reported high usability (87.51%) and satisfaction (average score 7.97).

• The ELTIAM (HEALING) application demonstrates favorable usability, satisfaction, and cognitive load for pressure ulcer management education.
