Herein, we developed a novel dual-emission fluorescent probe DFP, for the simultaneous detection of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and nitroreductase (NTR) in living cells. This innovative dual-channel fluorescence detection approach facilitated parallel spatial mapping of NTR and ATP distributions, providing insights into the interplay between energy metabolism and redox homeostasis.
