Antibacterial Efficiency of three Different Irrigation Methods in Infected Roots Infected with Enterococcus Faecalis

Laser Diode 810 nm irrigation showed superior antibacterial effectiveness against Enterococcus Faecalis biofilms in root canals compared to passive ultrasonic and XP Endofinisher file methods. All tested methods significantly reduced bacterial load versus the control.
