Abstract:
This study aims to explore the nursing measures and effects in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies under emergency gastroscopy. A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies who underwent emergency gastroscopic treatment were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=50) receiving conventional nursing and the observation group (n=50) receiving humanized nursing. The differences in relieving negative emotions, reducing pain factor indices, improving satisfaction, maintaining stable vital signs, and lowering complication rates were compared. The results indicate that humanized nursing significantly enhances nursing quality, alleviates negative emotions, and reduces complications, providing a scientific basis for clinical practice.
