Abstract:
Complex odontomas are typically found in the posterior mandible. This case report presents an atypical occurence in the anterior maxilla of an 11-year-old girl, describing the role of early detection, precise surgical management, and interdisciplinary collaboration in achieving a successful clinical outcome. A 2-year follow-up confirmed stable results with no recurrence or complications.
