Transconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty

Lower blepharoplasty is among the most performed facial procedures. It is performed by either a transcutaneous or a transconjunctival approach. The transconjunctival approach offers several advantages compared to the transcutaneous approach. Most important among these advantages is the potential preservation of the support function of the orbicularis muscle.
