None:
Median raphe cysts are rare, benign congenital lesions of the male genitalia. Three boys with canaliform median raphe cysts localized scrotoperineally are presented. These lesions may appear as single or multiple cysts, but they are interconnected and exhibit a canaliform structure. Therefore, while removing the cyst(s), the excision margin should be carefully planned by injecting a liquid, such as methylene blue, through a catheter intraoperatively to prevent recurrence.
