Lacquer Cracks Detection and Measurement Using Black-on-White Infrared Reflectance and Late-Phase Indocyanine Green

Black-on-white infrared reflectance (bwIR) is a promising tool for detecting lacquer cracks (LCs) in myopic patients, showing high sensitivity and comparable quantification to indocyanine green angiography (ICGA). This noninvasive method aids in assessing LC extension.
