High Variability in Arthroscopic Fluid Use Among Surgeons and Joints for Common Orthopaedic Procedures.

Arthroscopic fluid use varies significantly by procedure, with shoulders requiring the most. Surgeons also show considerable differences in fluid consumption, and adjuncts like epinephrine and tranexamic acid did not reduce fluid use in this study.
