Summary

This study presents a novel bladder flap technique for severe bladder neck contracture (BNC). The "falling-down" flap provides durable tissue for reconstruction, offering a potential alternative to traditional methods.

Area of Science:

  • Urology
  • Surgical Innovation

Background:

  • Recalcitrant bladder neck contracture (BNC) presents a significant clinical challenge.
  • Traditional reconstructive techniques for BNC may have limitations in complex cases.
