Urogenital tuberculosis (TB) is uncommon in children. The kidney is the most common organ involved. With the spread of the disease along the urinary system, the bladder is affected very late in the disease. Considering the long latency period and advances in diagnosis and treatment, bladder involvement has rarely been reported in children over the past 2 decades. We present the management of two children with urogenital TB, including bladder involvement around the COVID-19 pandemic time. We would also like to emphasize the role played by the environmental and social conditions in the outcome and quality of life in such chronic disease conditions.
