Abstract:
Achieving optimal control of the nasal tip and middle vault remains one of the greatest challenges in rhinoplasty, particularly when addressing the complex dynamics of the lateral crura. The DELTA GRAFT is introduced as a novel structural and functional graft that offers a unified solution to multiple aesthetic and functional concerns. This technique allows precise modulation of lateral crus shape and eversion, adjusts the resting angle, redefines the crural-septal relationship, and stabilizes both internal and external nasal valves. Additionally, it facilitates controlled tip rotation and support using a single, strategically positioned graft.
