Summary

Subthreshold micropulse laser (MPL) is safe for treating residual subretinal fluid (SRF) after vitrectomy in myopic traction maculopathy. While MPL showed a trend toward better SRF absorption, results were not statistically significant, suggesting potential RPE compromise in highly myopic eyes.
